Pampa Energía S.A. (“Pampa Energía“) is the leading, independent and integrated energy company in Argentina with participation in electricity and gas value chain, successfully completed the placement and issuance in the local market of Series 19 corporate bonds, with a nominal value in Pesos of $17,131,250,000 subscribed and integrated in Pesos (the “Notes Series 19” or the “Notes“, indistinctly).

Pampa Energía was advised by Salaverri, Burgio & Wetzler Malbrán; while Banco Santander Argentina S.A., Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) S.A.U., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., Cocos Capital S.A., Invertir en Bolsa S.A., Banco Patagonia S.A., BNP Paribas Sucursal Buenos Aires, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A., Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Nuevo Banco de Santa Fe S.A., Banco Comafi S.A., Macro Securities S.A.U. and Banco de la Provincia de Córdoba S.A., acted as placement agents (the “Transaction Agents”), and them were advised by Bruchou & Funes de Rioja.

The Notes were issued on February 29th, 2024, under the Non-Convertible Simple Notes and/or Negotiable Obligations Convertible into Shares Program for up to USD$ 1,400,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or units of value) (the “Program“). Notes Series 19, denominated and payable in Pesos, bear a variable interest rate resulting from the addition of the Applicable Margin to the Reference Rate. The Notes will mature on February 28th 2025.
