(“YPF Luz”) and TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U., Banco Santander Argentina S.A., Puente Hnos S.A., Allaria S.A., Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U., SBS Trading S.A., Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Macro Securities S.A.U., Banco Hipotecario S.A., BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización S.A., Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) S.A.U., Banco Comafi S.A., Industrial Valores S.A, Banco BBVA Argentina S.A., Banco CMF S.A., Invertironline S.A.U. and Banco Supervielle S.A., as arrangers and placement agents (the “Arrangers and Placement Agents”), in the successful issuance of (i) the Class XIX Notes for an amount of US$49,018,232, denominated and payable in U.S. Dollars, with a fixed rate of 5.25%, maturing on November 22, 2026 (the “Class XIX Notes”) and (ii) the Class XX Notes for an amount of US$50,981,768, denominated and payable in U.S. Dollars, with a fixed rate of 6.75%, maturing on November 22, 2028 (the “Class XX Notes”, and together with the Class XIX Notes, the “Notes”).
The Notes were listed on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. (“MAE”) and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (“BYMA”) and were rated AAA(Arg) by FIX SCR S.A. Agente de Calificación de Riesgo with a stable outlook.
YPF Luz is one of the main electric power generation companies in Argentina, mainly engaged in the production, commercialization and development of electric power generation projects from renewable (wind and solar) and thermal (gas powered) sources.
