S.A., Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, BACS Banco de Crédito y Securitización S.A. and Banco Hipotecario S.A., as placement agents (the “Placement Agents”), in the successful issuance of (i) the Class XVI Notes for an amount of US$97,521,007, denominated in U.S. Dollars and payable in Argentine Pesos at the applicable exchange rate, with a fixed rate of 2%, maturing on December 13, 2025 (the “Class XVI Notes”) and (ii) the Class XVII Notes for an amount of US$10,199,945, denominated and payable in U.S. Dollars, with a fixed rate of 5.90%, maturing on June 13, 2027 (the “Class XVII Notes”, and together with the Class XIV Notes, the “Notes”).
The YPF 2024 negotiable obligations were listed on the Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. (“MAE”) and were rated AAA(Arg) by FIX SCR S.A. Agente de Calificación de Riesgo with a stable outlook.
YPF Luz is one of the main electric power generation companies in Argentina, mainly engaged in the production, commercialization and development of electric power generation projects from renewable (wind and solar) and thermal (gas powered) sources.
