We advised the placement agents on the issuance of Plaza Logística’s Notes with a nominal value of 9,594,062 UVAs
FMDC+ advised Plaza Logística S.R.L. (“Plaza Logistica”) and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised Banco Santander Argentina S.A., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A., Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U., One618 Financial Services S.A.U., Adcap Securities Argentina S.A., SBS Trading S.A., Facimex Valores S.A. and PP Inversiones S.A. as placement agents (the “Placement Agents”), in the issuance of the Class 4 Notes for a nominal amount of 9,594,062 UVA (equivalent to $17,322,750,525 at the Initial UVA Value or Valor UVA Inicial), denominated in UVA and payable in Argentine pesos at the applicable UVA value (Valor UVA Aplicable), at a fixed rate of 7.90%, maturing on March 4th, 2029 (the “Notes“) under the Frequent Issuer Regime.
The Notes were listed on A3 Mercados S.A. (“A3 Mercados”), Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (“BYMA”), and were rated AA (Arg) by FIX SCR S.A. Risk Rating Agency with a stable outlook.
