Appointment of Carlos Rotman as member of the Comprehensive Commission for the Reform of the Corporate Legal Regime

Carlos Rotman, partner of the Litigation, International Arbitration & Bankruptcy Department at Bruchou & Funes de Rioja, has been appointed today as General Co-Coordinator of the Comprehensive Commission for the Reform of the Corporate Legal Regime (Comisión de Reforma Integral del Régimen Legal Societario).
This Commission was created within the scope of the Ministry of Justice of Argentina, with the main purpose of analyzing and proposing a project to reform the current corporate regulations in order to promote the better development of the economy.
We congratulate Carlos on this well-deserved appointment, supported by his extensive academic background and professional experience both locally and internationally.
