On March 16, 2023, Pablo M. Muir was appointed as partner of the Tax Department of Bruchou & Funes de Rioja.
Pablo specializes in Tax Law and has developed his career for more than 11 years in our Firm. As part of his professional experience, he has provided tax advice to corporate clients in transactions, mergers and acquisitions, capital market operations and financing structures, both in the local and international markets. Among other industries, he regularly advises oil & gas and technology companies as well as public entities.
Likewise, he has focused on national and international tax planning for individuals and families with high purchasing power and on inheritance and asset management structures. Within this framework, he has advised international banks, trustees and financial advisors on tax, inheritance, and family law matters.
