(the “Company”) and TCA Tanoira Cassagne Banco Santander Argentina S.A; Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U.; Banco BBVA Argentina S.A.; Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) S.A.U. and Banco Itaú Argentina S.A. as placement agents (together the “Placement Agents”), in Petroquímica Comodoro Rivadavia’s issuance of series L notes for an amount of $7,439,994,886 (Argentine Pesos seven billion four hundred and thirty-nine million nine-hundred and ninety-nine thousand eight hundred and eighty-six) under the “Frequent Issuer Simplified Regime” (Régimen de Emisor Frecuente).

The Serie L Notes have been authorized for its listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A (“BYMA”) and for its negotiation on Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. (“MAE”).
