SENIOR ASSOCIATE

Manuel Etchevehere is a senior associate at the Banking & Capital Markets Department.

In his daily practice, he advises banks, companies and investment funds in both local and international banking and capital market transactions. He has participated in a large number of corporate and sub-sovereign transactions related to bank financings, debt securities issuances (including social, green and sustainability bonds and project bonds), liability management transactions, tender offers, and project and trade finance. He also advises companies and financial institutions in regulatory matters (banking, foreign exchange and capital markets).

He joined Bruchou & Funes de Rioja in 2019 as a member of the Banking & Capital Markets team. Between 2024 and 2025 he practiced as a foreign associate in the Corporate Finance & Securities practice at Milbank LLP (New York).

He graduated from Universidad Torcuato Di Tella, Law School, in 2019, and is a member of the Colegio Público de Abogados de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires.
