Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised KWS SAAT SE & Co. KGaA on the closing of the transaction by which it sold its business in Argentina and Brazil to Grupo Don Mario, following the approval by the Brazilian Antitrust Authority (Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica – “CADE”). The sale included all corn breeding and sales operations of corn and sorghum in South America, as well as all corn production facilities in Argentina and Brazil.

The Bruchou & Funes de Rioja team was composed of members of the M&A team, led by partners Mariano Luchetti and Gabriel Lozano, and associates María Gulias, María Bourdieu, and Julián Gomez Luboz, with the support of members of the Tax team, including Pablo Muir and Cecilia Calosso.
