ESTUDIO ARANGUREN AND BRUCHOU & FUNES DE RIOJA advised Morixe Hermanos S.A.C.I. as issuer; and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A. and Banco Supervielle S.A. as arrangers and placement agents; and PP Inversiones S.A., Cocos Capital S.A., Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A.U., Invertironline S.A.U., Banco Comafi S.A., Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U. and Zofingen Securities S.A., as placement agents, in the issuance of AR$8,662,427,468 Class IV Notes due on 2028 with an interest rate of TAMAR plus a margin of 7.75%, under Morixe’s US$50,000,000 Global Notes Program (“Class IV Notes”).
Morixe is a high-quality Argentine food company with over 120 years of history, whose portfolio of consumer-oriented products is in full expansion. Initially established and dedicated to the milling of wheat for the manufacture of wheat flour from its plant in Benito Juárez, the company diversified its portfolio into higher value-added categories, such as breadcrumbs, coatings, oats, olive oil, olives, white corn flour and premixes, and accelerated its internationalization strategy through the acquisition of stakes in Gibur S.A. (Uruguay), Biomac S.R.L. (Argentina) and Intertrópico SL (Spain).
The Class IV Notes are listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (BYMA) and negotiated in the A3 Mercados S.A. (A3 Mercados).
