Bruchou & Funes de Rioja acted as legal advisor in the issuance of Crédito Directo S.A. Class XXII Notes for an amount of $501.386.926 (the “Class XXII Notes“) under its Program for the Issuance of Notes for an amount of USD 24,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies or value units).
The Class XXII Notes have been admitted for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (BYMA) and for trading on Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. (MAE). Fix Argentina has rated the Class XXII Notes as “A3(arg)”.
Crédito Directo S.A. is engaged in financial assistance to individuals through the granting of personal loans, being a leading company in this segment as a result of its service, technology and innovation.
Crédito Directo S.A. acted as issuer, Banco de Servicios y Transacciones S.A. as arranger and co-placement agent of the issuance and SBS Trading S.A., Portfolio Investment S.A., Invertir en Bolsa S.A., Industrial Valores S.A. and Banco de la Provincia de Córdoba S.A. as co-placement agents of the issuance.
