Ignacio Minorini Lima: Delegate at ICC’s Arbitration and ADR Commission

Ignacio Minorini Lima, partner of the Litigation, International Arbitration & Bankruptcy Department at Bruchou & Funes de Rioja, was appointed as Delegate of the Argentina Committee to the International Chamber of Commerce (“ICC“) Commission on Arbitration and ADR for a term running from July 2024 until June 2027.

The Commission’s mission is to gather expertise on arbitration and ADR across the ICC network to enable thought leadership. It produces reports, recommendations, and guidance on practical, procedural and legal issues in arbitration and ADR and usually undertakes its work through specific Task Forces or Working Groups. It also provides input on proposed modifications of rules applied in ICC Dispute Resolution Services.
