We advised Vista Energy Argentina S.A.U. on the issuance of Notes for US$70,000,000
On August 11th, Vista Energy Argentina S.A.U. (“Vista”) successfully issued Series XXI Notes – simple, non-convertible into shares, denominated in U.S. Dollars and payable in Pesos at the Applicable Exchange Rate – for a total nominal amount of US$70,000,000 (the “Series XXI Notes”). The issuance was carried out under the company’s Global Program of up to US$800,000,000.
Series XXI Notes, maturing on August 11th, 2028, will accrue interest at a nominal annual fixed rate, equivalent to 0.99% and will amortize its principal in one payment on the maturing date.
Additionally, Series XXI Notes were admitted for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A., and authorized for trading at Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A. On August 4th, Moody’s Local AR Agente de Calificación de Riesgo S.A. and FIX SCR S.A. Agente de Calificación de Riesgo (Fitch Ratings affiliate) locally rated Series XXI Notes as “AAA.ar” and “AAA(arg)”, respectively, with a stable outlook.
