We advised Oldelval on the issuance of Notes for US$115,514,950

Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised Oleoductos del Valle S.A. (“Oldelval”) and TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Macro Securities S.A.U., as arranger and placement agent (the “Arranger”), and Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U., Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A., Banco Santander Argentina S.A., Max Capital S.A., Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) S.A.U., Banco Patagonia S.A., Allaria S.A., Adcap Securities Argentina S.A., SBS Trading S.A., Industrial Valores S.A., Banco Supervielle S.A., Banco Mariva S.A., Invertironline S.A.U., Banco BBVA Argentina S.A., Facimex Valores S.A. and Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires as placement agents (together, the “Placement Agents”), in the successful issuance of the Class 6 Notes, denominated and payable in US Dollars in Argentina for a nominal amount of US$115,514,950, which will accrue interest at a fixed rate of 7.50% and will mature on June 5, 2029.  

The proceeds from the placement will be used mostly to partially finance infrastructure works, its productive investment plan, the acquisition of assets and/or goodwill to be used for its production process and/or the expansion of its transport capacity.
