Biography

He specializes in Tax, mainly in the contentious area. As part of his expertise, he has actively participated in the defense strategy for cases related with relevant claims filed by the Tax Authorities (at national, provincial and municipal levels). In addition, Mr. Aguilar also renders tax and legal advice.

He teaches Tax Law at Universidad de Buenos Aires and is author of various publications related with tax matters.

He has attended various courses and congresses of tax law and has been speaker in tax seminars.

He is a member of the Argentine Association of Fiscal Studies and the Bar Association of Capital Federal.
