Micaela Zárate is an associate in our Banking & Capital Markets team. In her daily practice, she advises banks and companies on local and cross-border banking, finance, and corporate law matters.

Prior to joining the firm, she worked at Marval O’Farrell Mairal and Allende & Brea, where she participated in corporate and M&A transactions, including legal due diligence processes, the review and analysis of contractual and corporate documentation, and the preparation of legal risk reports. She was also involved in the drafting and negotiation of commercial agreements, as well as corporate reorganizations and corporate governance matters, including the preparation of corporate documentation and regulatory filings before local authorities.
