Vaca Muerta – President Néstor Kirchner gas pipeline. Transportation concession and initial basis for its financing
- Granted to Integración Energética Argentina S.A. (“IEASA”) a Transportation Concession of the President Nestor Kirchner Gas Pipeline to transport gas from Vaca Muerta up to the proximities of the San Jerónimo city, in the province of Santa Fe.
- Created the administration and finance trust called Fondo de Desarrollo Gasífero Argentino (FO
NDESGAS) [Fund for the Argentine Gas Development], for purposes of financing the works established in the Gas Pipeline System of the Program “Transport.Ar National Production”, including the repayment of principal and interests of the fiduciary instruments to be issued. IESA would be the trustor and beneficiary. The Banco de Inversión y Comercio Exterior S.A. (BICE) would be the trustee and administrator.
