We advised IDB Invest on a financing granted to Banco Macro to expand access to financing for SMEs in Argentina

Holland & Knight and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja together advised IDB Invest on the financing granted by IDB Invest to Banco Macro S.A. (“Banco Macro”) for an amount of up to approximately USD 110,000,000, comprised of a committed tranche “A” loan from IDB Invest of up to USD 100,000,000 and an uncommitted tranche “B” of up to USD 10,000,000, which will be financed with the participation of institutional investors.

This financing will enable Banco Macro to use the funds to expand access to financing for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in Argentina.
