We advised the placement agents on the issuance of Notes by Central Dock Sud for US$20,065,298
Martínez de Hoz & Rueda advised Central Dock Sud S.A. (“CDS”) in connection with its admission to the public offering regime in Argentina and the establishment of its global program for the issuance of simple (non-convertible) notes for an aggregate principal amount outstanding at any time of up to US$150,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies and/or units of measure or value) (the “Program”), which was authorized by the Argentine Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional de Valores) on August 5, 2026.
CDS, one of the country’s leading thermal power generation companies with an installed capacity of more than 930 MW, issued on September 28, 2026 its Class I Notes denominated, subscribed and payable in U.S. Dollars in Argentina accruing interest at a fixed rate of 5.25% per annum, maturing 24 months from the issue date, for a principal amount of US$20,065,298 (the “Notes”).
Martínez de Hoz & Rueda advised CDS and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja advised the arrangers and placement agents.
The Notes are authorized for listing and trading on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. through the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange, and for trading on A3 Mercados S.A.
The Notes were rated by Moody’s Local AR ACR S.A. as AAA.ar with a stable outlook.
