The Series XXI Notes are denominated in dollars, with a fixed rate of 1,00%, maturing on January 10, 2026, with a price of 100%. The Series XXI Notes were partially subscribed in-kind with Series XIV Notes and partially in cash.
The Series XXII Notes are denominated in pesos, maturing on July 10, 2024, with a variable annual nominal interest rate equivalent to the BADLAR rate plus a margin of 3,00%.
The Series XXI and XXII Notes were listed on MAE and BYMA.
