We advised Central Puerto S.A. and 3C Lithium Pte. Ltd. in a strategic investment in the lithium mining project “Tres Cruces”
Bruchou & Funes de Rioja acted as legal counsel to both Central Puerto S.A. (“CEPU”) and 3C Lithium Pte. Ltd. (“3C Lithium”) in CEPU’s subscription of newly issued shares representing 27.5% interest in 3C Lithium.
