We advised the placement agents on CGC’s issuance of Notes for US$150,000,000

New Deal - March 23, 2023

Bomchil advised Compañía General de Combustibles S.A. and Bruchou & Funes de Rioja acted as counsel to the book-running managers and placement agents on the issuance of 0.00% Dollar- Linked Notes Series 30, 100,5% issue price, due in March 2025 for an aggregate amount of US$150,000,000.

The issuance took place on March 10, 2023 under the company’s Frequent Issuer Regime. The proceeds from the placement of the Notes Series 30 will be applied in accordance with the provisions of Section 36 of the Negotiable Securities Law, to any of the following purposes: (i) investment in physical assets located in the country; (ii) refinancing of liabilities; (iii) integration of working capital in the country; (iv) acquisition of goodwill located in the country; and/or (v) integration of capital contributions in companies controlled or related to the issuing company, to the acquisition of equity interests and/or financing of the commercial line of business of the issuing company.
