We advised the placement agents in the issuance of US$200,000,000 Notes by Pampa Energía

New Deal - April 17, 2026

Pampa Energía S.A. (“Pampa Energía“), a leading, independent and integrated energy company in Argentina with participation in electricity, gas and oil value chain, successfully completed the placement and issuance in the local market of fixed nominal annual 5.49% interest rate Series 27 corporate notes, for a nominal value equivalent to US$ 200,000,000, due April 1^st, 2029, denominated, subscribed, integrated and payable in Dollars, in Argentina (the “Notes”). The Notes will amortize the principal in one single instalment on the due date.

Pampa Energía was advised by Salaverri, Burgio & Wetzler Malbrán; while (i) Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A., acting as placement and settlement agent, and (ii) Cocos Capital S.A., (iii) SBS Trading S.A., (iv) Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U., (v) Banco Santander Argentina S.A., (vi) Banco BBVA Argentina S.A., (vii) One 618 Financial Services S.A.U., and (viii) Adcap Securities Argentina S.A., acting as placement agents (the “Transaction Agents”), were advised by Bruchou & Funes de Rioja.

The Notes were issued on April 1^st, 2026, under the Frequent Issuer Regime.

The Notes have been admitted for listing in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. panel and authorized for its negotiation in the A3 Mercados S.A. Additionally, they have been locally rated on March 27^th, 2026, by FIX SCR S.A. Agente de Calificación de Riesgo “AAA(arg)” with stable outlook (perspectiva estable).
