We advised on the international issuance of debt securities by the City of Buenos Aires for US$500,000,000

New Deal - May 26, 2026

The City of Buenos Aires (the “City”) successfully issued US$500,000,000 7.050% Notes due 2036 (the “Notes”) under its US$2,890,000,000 Medium Term Note Programme. The Notes were issued on May 13, 2026.

The Notes will be listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A., and have been admitted for trading in A3 Mercados S.A.

BofA Securities, Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Santander US Capital Markets LLC acted as Initial Purchasers in the issuance of the Notes (the “Initial Purchasers”), Balanz Capital UK LLP and Puente Hnos. S.A. acted as international placement agents in the issuance of the Notes (the “International Placement Agents”) and Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A., Banco Santander Argentina S.A., Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U., Banco de la Ciudad de Buenos Aires and Puente Hnos. S.A. acted as local placement agents in the issuance of the Notes (the “Local Placement Agents”). The Bank of New York Mellon acted as Trustee, Registrar, Principal Paying Agent and Transfer Agent under the trust deed signed with the City (the “Trustee”).
