We advised the placement agents in the issuance of Additional Public Debt Securities of the Province of Buenos Aires for AR$249.530.129.896
On July 30, 2026, the Province of Buenos Aires completed the issuance of Additional Public Debt Securities at a variable rate, maturing in 2027, for a principal amount of ARS $161,286,383,010 (the “Additional TAMAR Securities”), and of Additional Public Debt Securities in Pesos adjustable by CER maturing in 2028, for a principal amount of ARS $88,243,746,886 (the “Additional CER Securities”).
The Additional TAMAR Securities, maturing on April 30, 2027, are repaid in full at maturity and accrue interest at the rate resulting from the TAMAR rate plus a fixed margin of 7.00% nominal annual. The Additional CER Securities, maturing on April 28, 2028, are repaid in full at maturity, have their outstanding principal adjusted in accordance with the reference stabilization coefficient (CER), and accrue interest at a fixed rate of 9.00% nominal annual on the adjusted principal.
The auction of the Additional Debt Securities included a cash subscription tranche and an in-kind subscription tranche, the latter implemented through the delivery of the Province of Buenos Aires’ Public Debt Security (PBY26). The issuance reached a total amount of ARS $249,530,129,896.
The Province of Buenos Aires will allocate the net proceeds obtained from the issuance of the Additional Debt Securities to finance public investment projects currently underway or expected to commence, and to repay public debt service.
