We advised Vista Energy Argentina S.A.U. in the issuance of Notes for US$ 92,413,570
On March 7, 2025, Vista Energy Argentina S.A.U. (“Vista”) successfully issued its Class XXVIII simple, non-convertible notes, denominated and subscribed in cash in U.S. dollars abroad. The Class XXVIII Notes were issued for a nominal amount of US$92,413,570, under the company’s Global Program for the Issuance of Simple, Non-Convertible Notes for short, medium, or long-term maturities, with a maximum outstanding amount of up to US$3,000,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies, units of value, or measurement).
The Notes, maturing on March 7, 2030, accrue interest at a fixed nominal annual rate of 7.50%, payable semiannually until the maturity date.
The principal will be repaid in a single installment on the maturity date on March 7, 2030.
The Notes were admitted for listing on Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and authorized for trading on A3 Mercados (formerly Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.). Additionally, they were rated “AAA(arg)” with a “stable outlook” by FIX and “AAA.ar” with a “stable outlook” by Moody’s, both on February 27, 2025.
For this issuance, Macro Securities S.A.U. acted as organizer and placement agent.
