We advised CAF on an A/B loan granted to Pan American Energy, S.L., Sucursal Argentina

Pan American Energy, S.L., Argentine Branch (“PAE”), a leading integrated energy company in the industry, which conducts upstream and downstream operations in Argentina, entered into on June 12, 2026, an A/B loan with Corporación Andina de Fomento (“CAF”) for a principal amount of up to US$400,000,000, maturing in 2034.
