We advised Arcor on the completion of its integration with Danone and the creation of La Serenísima Unida, a leading company in the dairy market

We advised Arcor SAIC, one of Argentina’s most significant industrial groups in the food sector, on the completion of the integration of its dairy businesses with Danone. Through this transaction, both companies assumed joint control of Mastellone Hermanos S.A. and Danone Argentina S.A. The deal resulted in the creation of La Serenísima Unida, a new company holding iconic brands such as La Serenísima and Ser.

This integration represents a strategic step for both companies, strengthening their position in a key, high-growth segment of the Argentine dairy market.
