We advised YPF Luz on the issuance of Notes for US$50,000,000

(“YPF Luz”) and TCA Tanoira Cassagne advised Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A., Banco Santander Argentina S.A., Balanz Capital Valores S.A.U., SBS Trading S.A., Banco BBVA Argentina S.A., Banco Patagonia S.A., Banco de la Provincia de Buenos Aires, Global Valores S.A., Macro Securities S.A.U., One618 Financial Services S.A.U., PP Inversiones S.A., Banco Mariva S.A. and Allaria S.A., as arrangers and placement agents (the “Arrangers and Placement Agents”), in the successful issuance of Class XXII Notes for an amount of US$50,000,000, denominated and payable in U.S. Dollars in Argentina, with a fixed rate of 5.00% and maturing on August 18, 2029 (the “Notes”).
The Notes were listed on A3 Mercados S.A. (“A3 Mercados”) and Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. (“BYMA”) and were rated by FIX SCR S.A. as AAA.ar with a stable outlook.
YPF Luz is the largest “pure play” power generation in Argentina, mainly engaged in the production, commercialization and development of electric power generation projects from renewable (wind and solar) and thermal (gas powered) sources.
