We advised AES Argentina Generación S.A. in a syndicated loan worth AR$49.4 billion (US$60 million)
Bruchou & Funes de Rioja helped AES Argentina Generación S.A. (“AES Argentina”), a leading private energy generation company in Argentina, and Martínez de Hoz & Rueda advised the lenders, in a syndicated loan worth Argentine pesos 49.4 billion (US$60 million).
The lenders included Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U. and Banco Santander Argentina S.A. In addition, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China (Argentina) S.A.U. provided a guarantee with respect to a tranche of the loan.
The transaction closed on January 29, 2024.
